Our Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just turn up?

Sessions need to be pre booked online prior to your visit. We are operating on restricted numbers so whilst we do accept walk in customers this is subject to capacity availability. We therefore recommend that you pre - book to avoid disappointment.

Do I have to book?

Yes, you need to have a valid booking to gain entry.

Can I transfer my booking?

Yes, bookings can be transferred up to 24 hours before the session subject to availability. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange this.

What time can I arrive for my booking?

We recommend that you arrive within the first 30 minutes to make the most of your 2 ½ hour session. Please do not arrive early for your time slot as the centre closes for 30 minutes prior to the session to allow for cleaning.

Are you running SEN sessions?

We have temporarily postponed the SEN sessions. This will be constantly reviewed. We have found that with timed sessions and reduced capacities within our general opening times, that our Public sessions are more comfortable for our SEN customers to attend.

Can I book a Birthday party?

Yes our parties are available to book online. If you follow the booking link you can see the dates and times that are available. Should you require any further information you can enquire by email or telephone.

Are you reducing capacity to the sessions?

We have reduced our capacities for the comfort of our Customers and staff.

Why have you increased your prices?

We were forced to close for 13 months due to the pandemic and then operating on drastically reduced capacities when we did open up. Additionally for the comfort of our customers and staff we have maintained some of the restrictions. We have therefore needed to increase our prices to remain operational.

What are your session times?

9.30am – 12pm

12.30pm – 3.00pm

3.30pm – 6.00pm

Between each session we carry out a deep clean of the centre.

Are you still offering childminders discount?

Yes we still offer childminders discounts, please call us to arrange a booking. Please note some restrictions may apply to certain sessions and school holidays. Proof of NCMA required on entry.

Will you be serving food?

Yes, we offer an extensive menu containing food and drinks. Orders can be placed from your table through our new online menu. Please note that our venue is now cashless.

What are you doing in regards to COVID spread- what extra procedures are in place?

We are cleaning before opening, between sessions and at the end of the day.
We have continued to Limit numbers per session to try and maintain some social distancing.
Prior to reopening we have undertaken a multitude of assessments and have implemented many new measures for the benefit of everyone’s safety.
We have put in place more rigorous cleaning throughout the day for all of our facilities.
We have many hand wash facilities throughout the venue and we encourage you to wash your hands regularly.
